~The AI cast and Green Day recorded a video for 21 Guns at Studio 880. AI tickets go on sale for the general public on Feb 14th.

Hi Abbey, Thanks for the link. I enjoyed watching 21 Guns, and the Broadway show promo clip. I wish someone could fly me to New York to see it! Hopefully it will do well enough to go on a national tour. Watching the video clip, at points, reminded me a bit of what it’s like to sing the song with them at a live concert.

Hi Annie. I hope you are well, its been a while! I thought the video clip was really well done and heightened the emotion of the song. No, its not BJA but its interesting for me to hear the song sung as a conversation. To be honest I have always thought his voice was a little weak on this song.

I am going to see AI on March 27th! Yay!

Excellent! I hope you’ll report back, your impressions of the performance. I agree, the song lends itself to choral singing, or, as you say, “song sung as a conversation” (beautifully put), but I will always love the emotion Armstrong conveys with his voice.
