This was posted recently on Flickr. It looks like a scan of an old snapshot. Chancellor Tien of UC Berkeley is on stage with Tre Cool (and Mike Dirnt, tho you can’t see him except for his hands, and, presumably, Billie Joe, who you can’t see at all) when Green Day was playing a free noon concert at the University. There’s no date, but Tien was there from 1990 to 1997.

It’s not often you see Tre with a beard… I also like the banner someone made welcoming Green Day, and the shirt Tre is wearing. (The ABS were a Welsh punk band in the late 80s.)
